$150.00 minimum opening order. No minimum on reorders.
Wholesale accounts are only available to legitimate retailers with a physical store location that is open to the public. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Most orders shipped within 14 days of receipt, however please allow extra time in April, May and June. We recommend placing orders well in advance with a requested ship and cancel date. You may order up to six months in advance.
We generally ship UPS and Fed Ex ground.
Minimum shipping and handling charge is $8.00. We do ship backorders unless you request otherwise. Backorders under $50.00 are shipped free freight.
We can ship two or more large pictures for the same price as shipping one. You will save considerable freight dollars by ordering at least two large pictures per size. This applies to sizes 12" x 36", 16" x 20", 20" x 24" & 24" x 30"
All pictures are listed at the glass size. Actual outside frame size will be from 1" to 4" larger.
We handcraft most of our picture frames here in the USA. Some are imported. All of our fine art prints are published in the USA. We guarantee the quality of all our merchandise.
Our Driftwood, Beachwood and Rustic Shadow Box style frames are made to look "old and rustic." Knot holes, irregular surfaces and slight color variations are to be expected.
We will assort your order with our best selling, most attractive matting combinations. If you are a designer or have specific color needs, please note such on your order or call us at 1-800-621-2440. We do contract work on request and can cater to your specific size, style and color needs.
The line was designed so that it can be displayed in sets. We recommend displaying the line this way and ordering the prints in minimums of two. It is also advantageous to offer your customers a "two for" price with a little discount.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards accepted. Net 30 day terms with approved credit application. Please submit three trade and one banking reference. We also require the business owner’s full name for our records. All orders pending credit approval and dealership availability. Past due accounts subject to 1.5% monthly interest charge and any and all collection or legal fees. We do not ship COD. If you wish to pre-pay by check or money order, please add 10% for freight. Any difference will be billed to you or refunded.
All claims for damage or shortage must be made within seven days of receipt of merchandise.
